BUYERS
✦ We will have a virtual meeting over zoom to fully discuss your needs and wants in the home buying process.
✦ Buyers will acquire pre-approval letter from lender, and buyers will sign representation paperwork electronically.
✦ Houses will be viewed virtually, and will be narrowed down to a few favorite homes. These homes will be viewed at a safe distance and masks will be required if the home is occupied. If it is vacant, masks are encouraged, but optional.
✦ After the offer is written and accepted on a wonderful home, the option period will begin.
✦ Earnest money and option money delivered according to Title’s instructions.
✦ Inspections and repair requests will take place within Option Period.
✦ Closing documents will be signed on Closing day while wearing masks or maintaining a safe distance - keys will be delivered after funding.
